Returns and Refunds
Please ensure all packages are opened carefully since we will not accept returned items with any scissors or knife marks. All items must be returned as new with the original tag still attached. We ask kindly that you return the items neatly folded before sending them back to us.
- In the event you change your mind, you can only exchange to the same dollar value
- Refunds are NOT provided, unless a purchased item is faulty and returned within 30 days of purchase.
- Please be very careful when trying on products and ensure not to leave any marks as we are unable to accept products with any marks or stains. Please thoroughly inspect items before they are sent as we will only accept products in it's original condition and fit for re-sale. Item(s) must be unwashed or otherwise unused with all original tags/labels attached.
- Sale items are not eligible for a full refund or exchange unless faulty.
- If a refund does occur, the purchase price (excluding delivery charges for online) will be refund to you using the original payment method, once we have received the returned item back and confirmed that it meets the conditions stated above.
- You are responsible for any costs associated with returning the item to us unless it is to exchange an item that is faulty or you have been sent the wrong item.
